At South Euclid United Church of Christ, we believe that transformation doesn’t just happen in rows—it happens in circles. That’s why Growth Groups are central to our mission of “transforming the lost into the found, and the found into followers of Jesus Christ who gather, grow, give, and go.”

Growth Groups are small, relational gatherings that help you deepen your connection to God and to our sacred community. Whether you're brand new or have been here for years, there's a group designed to help you engage your faith more fully, build authentic relationships, and grow at your own pace.

There are currently three types of Growth Groups at South Euclid UCC (Details of each are included in the registration information for the selected Group):

1. Engage Growth Group: designed for those ready to make SEUCC home.

2. Encore Growth Groups: designed for those who want to go deeper with Sunday’s message.

3. Essentials Growth Group: designed for those who want to explore the core of their faith.

Engage Growth Groups

Whether you're brand new to South Euclid UCC or you've been attending for a while but haven’t gotten connected, Engage is your next step. This four-week series meets once a week and gives you the foundation to become an active part of our sacred community. You’ll learn about our mission, history, beliefs, and what it means to be a Ministry Partner (member).

Short on time? Engage Express is a one-day Saturday session that allows you to complete the entire series in a single morning.

Encore Growth Groups

Encore Groups are sermon-based small groups that meet weekly to reflect on the previous Sunday’s preaching and teaching. These 90-minute gatherings last for eight weeks and are designed to be small, so that meaningful discussion and spiritual intimacy can take root. Each group is facilitated by a trusted Ministry Partner who helps guide conversation and connection.

Essentials Growth Groups

Essentials Groups dive into the foundational concepts every believer needs to begin—or sustain—their spiritual journey. You’ll explore key biblical stories and vital topics that equip you to live your faith with understanding and courage. Essentials are typically led by trained practitioners or theologians and are offered at various times throughout the year.

Think of it as a masterclass in faith—or a Bible study with depth and direction.
