At South Euclid United Church of Christ worship is the heartbeat of our sacred community.
We have found ways to bring a worship experience into your living rooms and bedrooms, onto your phones, tablets, and computers, and in ways to keep you feeling like you've just left church when you stand-up from your couch.
Every Sunday at 10:55 AM, people of all generations and backgrounds gather—both in person and online—for a worship experience that is Spirit-filled, reflective, and liberating. Whether you arrive in a suit or sneakers, carrying joy or seeking healing, you’ll be welcomed just as you are.
We believe worship is where heaven meets earth—where joy, justice, healing, and imagination come alive. Our services are intentionally intergenerational, bringing together six generations from diverse walks of life. You’ll hear gospel anthems, contemporary praise, sacred hymns, and youth-led worship moments that reflect the fullness of our community.
The Word at the Center
At SEUCC, preaching happens in series—giving us space to explore a biblical theme or book in depth. Rev. Courtney Clayton Jenkins and our preaching team don’t just offer messages; they raise questions, invite reflection, and stir dialogue with God. Our goal isn’t to hand you all the answers—it’s to inspire your ongoing transformation.
A Welcoming Table
On the first Sunday of every month, we celebrate Holy Communion, where all are welcome. No matter your background, doubts, or where you are on your faith journey—there is a seat for you at Christ’s table.
Worship begins at 10:55 AM and lasts approximately two hours—don’t worry, it’ll be over before you know it. Around here, time flies when the Spirit is moving.
